This page explains how paid items on AI Per Hour will work. Nothing on this site is for sale yet. We are writing this before the first sale so that the rules are clear in advance.
What stays free
All the playbooks, the glossary, the Clarity Finder, the free templates and the sample lessons are free. You do not need an account or an email address to use them.
What will be paid
When we sell something, it will be a clearly described item such as a template pack or a course. Each will say exactly what you get.
How prices will work
- One price, shown in your local currency. We aim to show prices in the currency you use, set for your market.
- One-time payment. No subscription and no automatic renewal.
- No pressure. No countdown timers, no crossed-out prices and no fake scarcity.
- No hidden charges. The price you see is the price you pay, apart from any fee your own bank or mobile provider applies.
Before you pay
Each paid item will show the price and what is included on its own page, together with the refund rule below.
Our refund rule
- Templates and downloads: ask within 7 days of buying and we will refund you in full if the file will not open or work, or if it is not what the page described. Because a download can be copied, we cannot refund if you simply change your mind.
- The course: ask within 14 days of buying and we will refund you in full, whatever the reason. After 14 days we will still help if something is wrong, and we will consider a refund if the course was not delivered as described.
- Live sessions: if you tell us at least 24 hours before, you can move your session or get a refund. If we cancel, you choose a new time or a full refund.
How to ask
Write to us on the contact page with the name of the item and the email or phone you used to pay. We will reply within 5 working days. Refunds go back to the way you paid. Your bank or mobile provider may take some days to show it.
This rule does not take away any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
No income promises
We teach practical skills. We do not promise that you will earn more, save a set amount of time, or get any particular result. You decide how to use what you learn.
Independence
We do not take payment to recommend tools. If we ever earn a commission from a link, we will say so clearly, as set out in our affiliate disclosure and editorial policy.
