Nothing on this site is for sale yet. These rules apply from the day the first paid item opens.
Templates and downloads
Ask within 7 days of buying. We refund in full if the file will not open or work, or if it is not what the page described. Because a download can be copied, we cannot refund if you simply change your mind.
Courses
Ask within 14 days of buying and we refund in full, whatever the reason. After 14 days we still help if something is wrong, and we consider a refund if the course was not delivered as described.
Live work sessions
If you tell us at least 24 hours before, you can move your session or get a refund. If we cancel, you choose a new time or a full refund.
Subscriptions
Monthly or yearly plans, once offered, follow the rules on the Subscription and Cancellation page.
How to ask
Write to us on the contact page with the name of the item and the email or phone you used to pay. We reply within 5 working days. Refunds go back the way you paid; your bank or mobile provider may take some days to show it.
