Subscription and Cancellation

We plan to offer Pro and Business plans billed monthly or yearly, and to let you buy selected courses and playbooks on their own without subscribing. Plans and prices are proposals until they open.

What you will see before paying

• The price, the currency and how often you are charged.
• Whether the payment repeats and the date of the next charge.
• What is included, and what is free.
• The refund rule.

Renewals

Monthly plans renew each month and yearly plans each year until you cancel. We will not hide a renewal, and we will remind you before a yearly renewal.

Cancelling

• Cancelling will be as easy as joining: from your account, or by writing to us on the contact page.
• You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• We do not charge a cancellation fee.

One-time purchases

A course or playbook bought on its own is a single payment with no renewal. You keep access to what you bought.

Price changes

If a price changes, existing subscribers will be told before it takes effect and can cancel first.
